It came so scratched out the box and I got noresponse from the company. It is plastic and very very cheap looking. Don't waste your money. You could get the same thing from temu for 2$
This is a total scam. I ordered two roses for Christmas. They were sent to the wrong location, then returned to sender. I sent four emails and never received a reply back. I'm absolutely reporting these people and warning everybody I can to stay away.
Not happy with this purchase. Great sales pitch for cheap piece of garbage. Plastic rose inside plastic domed container inside plain box. NO certificate of authenticity included, as was advertised. Paid $59.99 for a $20 plastic gift. Christmas gift for my wife, so unfortunately cannot return for refund at this late date. More Chinese crap in our home now.
Stole my money. Messed up on 2 orders. Wrong color bear then cheated me out of a half price bear. Removed it. The kept money for another full price bear.

I would give zero stars if able. This site is an absolute scam! What you get is the cheapest thing they can find on Amazon, doesn't even come close to the description! The best you can do is return your $19.99 rose to Amazon, theoriginalgalaxyrose.com will not reply to any emails and if you return it to the address they give, you will not receive a refund. This is a scam site and should be shut down, they are nothing but crooks!
Company literally sells you a galaxy rose for $59.99 and then buys one from Amazon for $39.99 and drop ships it to you. The website says they don’t “drop ship anything.” The rose base isn’t even wood like the picture, and doesn’t come in the box stated. Completely different brand that I got, but ordered from originalgalaxyrose.com Says on they’re website saying how legit they are and in reality they are a bunch of scammers!! Do not waste your money with them!!
