Never had a problem with this site
I used to visit Palace Bingo in South London couple times a year. Had fun Never won in person. But have won loads and lost equally online. Never had issues, even when I forgot my login details. Been onljne member for over 3years now. Staff were fine, and also received Birthday Bonus with no problems from Patrick. Personally I enjoy using The Palaces. Planning on attending the Folkestone site in person.

What to say!
Terribly basic casino site, bad customer service, barely any games with a really basic overview of it all, bingo seems kinda suspect with the same people winning all the time and its all rather confusing in terms of how to navigate, constantly being logged out, to come back to a game crash, the live casino isn’t much better with black screens and the apparent 6 card draw to 21 alarmingly higher here “ possible total bad luck there” overall a 1 star because it’s well crap!
I found my way here looking for promotions and il find my way very quickly closing my account!

i fully recommend palaces casino,i joined and was given a bonus £10 by email, which genuinely needed no wagering requirement which is unusual, played on various slots and a couple of games of bingo and won up to £94 of which i withdrew £50 and was in my bank within a couple of hours.

The Games are good at The palaces and the payments were quick but I have had to quit playing due to the same old problem with the same 5 people winning all of the time. The odds of the same people winning every week are millions to 1 if the amount of people they CLAIM are playing at one time real and true. No wins unless you spend £500+!!!
