I requested a Harry Potter themed box - and Geri & Mark delivered ! I couldn't believe it ! It arrived today and it is wonderful, it's wonderfully Harry Potter in every way, as if like magic 🪄 Not only are the designs fab - and they will make you anything you want - the quality is great, the clothes wash and dry well and are super super comfy, to the point I have to be prised out of them if I need to wear something more formal.

I absolutely love this company. Not only do they produce quality slogan tees/jumpers/hoodies Gerry is an absolute star. I've been a fan and a customer of this company for quite a few years and they keep getting better and better.

The recent harry potter themed mystery box is probably my favourite thing I've purchased so far.

Last thing I want to say is as a plus size girl this company has continuously tried to be inclusive without losing their quality. The choice available now compared to when they first started is amazing and that just shows the growth.

Although there were a few postal issues, Geri and the team couldn’t have been nicer. The communication was incredible and I’ll definitely be buying again. The jumpers I bought were also great quality…the colours are the best!

Little bit disappointed with communication. My initial email wasn’t answered. Then delivery took forever. When item arrived it wasn’t the same colour as the picture in the website. I actually clarified the colour via chat and the colour was confirmed. All I can think is the photo online was heavily filtered. The size isn’t accurate. I wanted oversized. I’m usually an16/18 so ordered a 22 and it barely went over my head. Checked it on my size 12 partner and it was barely oversized on her. I’m chalking this one up to experience as I wanted it for an weekend away which is coming up and a replacement won’t be here in time.

Prompt service. Love your merchandise Have 3 now! One went astray in Africa 🤣 good quality. Reasonably priced.

Updated review - Original Left for transparency.

After a rocky start this company reached out to me, they were very apologetic and sincerely sorry for the delays that'd happened.
They'd offered a replacement for my order, anything I chose.
After I'd chosen they reached out once again to confirm when it was dispatched and yesterday send another email to ask if it'd arrived yet.

The new order arrived today and when I opened it I found a suprise tshirt also added.

I've tried out the hoodie today and honestly it's already my absolute favourite hoodie (and I have around 30). Soft, warm, generous hood and thumb holes too.

After writing this updated review I'll be sending an email to them to thank them and be looking to place another order very soon.

After a disappointing start I can hand on heart say they do care and if you have an issue they'll try to make it right.

Awful 'service'

Ordered a hoodie 11th September, read that this can take 10-15 working days and that was fine.

17 working days after the order I asked for an update on my order to be informed that the item I'd ordered was out of stock, they're awaiting a large restock and I could pick another colour.

Enquired when they'd next have available stock for what I'd ordered and they advised this would be early November.

Asked for a refund as I wasn't happy to wait 2 months while expressing my dissatisfaction that I wasn't informed about the delay.

Received a reply confirming that my refund was processed and would take 2-3 working days.
Today is 5 working days since the refund was apparently processed.
Emailed to confirm the refund was processed as required and told that this was showing at their end and completed.
However the email confirming nothing outstanding at their end was received at 11:56 followed by a PayPal confirmation of the refund at 11:57 today.

I would not recommend this company as the communication is really lacking and feel my refund was forgotten and then bushed over instead of being open and admitting this was an honest mistake.

I was planning to get my refund and reorder in the future, this is no longer the case and I'll purchase elsewhere.
