Had a great experience with Thepatchio! They delivered enamel pins and challenge coins for my NY event on a very urgent timeline, and everything went smoothly. Prices were very reasonable, even for rush orders. Highly recommend for quality products, great communication and fast turnaround.

Undisclosed duty tax
Update (2/4/2026) - thepatchio.com has paid the duty tax invoice that I was sent. They made the situation right. They say they will inform future customers upfront about potential duty taxes. The actual patches were well-made and looked great.

Beware that IF your custom patch order is manufactured in "Asia" (Pakistan)(They also manufacture in the US), then you, the end customer, may receive a DUTY TAX BILL from FedEx. Thepatchio.com did not disclose this to me. They had plenty of chances during the design/quote/order process with the many emails back and forth.

No SVG file, patch recreation
My company used a private artist to create our patch designs. Unfortunately, that artist couldn’t give us an SVG file, which meant that that team at The Patchio had to recreate our designs. It was painstaking work, but, the patches came out exactly how we envisioned them! Pricing was great, shipping was fast, I’ll be going to the Patchio for all our future patch needs!

High Quality
Recently I wanted 100 pins for my corporate event. I got to know about the Patchio and their high quality enamel pins, thought I would give it a try and was highly satisfied. The metal plating was of high quality and they captured my design on the pins with craft.

PVC Patches Fantastic
The PVC patches are fantastic, vibrant colors, crisp details, and the velcro blacking is solid. I've had them through rain and they still look as a good as new. They were a little stiff when I first got them, but after some use, they've softened up nicely..!

My patch came out just like I wanted they were patient and listened when I wanted to make changes they fixed everything that I wanted and then some I was impressed with what they did and the patch came out perfect without any flaws.

Ordered some PVC patches for our unit. Communication was quick and helpful. Took a little longer than I hoped (about a month, through the July 4th holiday), but once shipped, arrived within a few days. The patches were well done. Sturdy stitching, velcro backing, and molded very well. Also great colors and detailing. Would not hesitate ording again. Thanks Brian!
