The staff in store in Bangor Co Down are also to recommend they are knowledgeable and very helpful and friendly. The staff member that helped me used to work in Newtownards and it was great to see her in Bangor trust in the choices she helped me make and always great 😊 service.

It was a Xmas present so wrapped it up for husband
Up on opening it had leaked inside packaging and was about 10ml short on bottle

Hi the experience in the shop was 5 star and I was so happy to be able to choose a refill for my husband’s aftershave and have it delivered to the house .
All was good until he opened his birthday pressie and the box for the refill was really wet and the lid was full of the expensive aftershave. Very disappointing! My husband was very kind and didn’t make an issue said it was okay but I had paid £5 to have delivered quickly to the house and was very disappointed that my saving was in fact a loss and also my effort to safe on bottles was also not worth the effort.
I would appreciate a response .
