I was served by Nakeeb. He was absolutely amazing, so friendly and so helpful. Every time I have ever came here, its been quick, short customer interaction even when there isn’t a queue. However, Nakeeb really helped me and the lady helped my mom a lot. So, thank you both!!

I come and buy perfumed at the Fort shop quite often , everytime I have stepped in this shop Vicky has welcomed me with a smile and willingness to help, she has great people skills and she is so polite and helpful. Had the best experience today with Olivia at the Fort. We could have been quite difficult customers as we were unsure what we wanted, but she was patient, allowed us to try lots of different fragrances until we got to the one that we were looking for and applied a discount which made it value for money. Great experience and a really amazing person with great customer service so thankyou!
