Our staff are trained and developed so that they are the most knowledgeable sales advisors within the perfume industry, we have the largest number of Fragrance Foundation fragrance graduates nationwide and a fragrance finder to guide your online shopping. We have been voted the Fragrance Foundation Online Retailer of the Year for the past 5 years. Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Our VIP members can select a sample at checkout and have the opportunity to earn rewards while they shop. Amazing customer service from Lizzy…
Amazing customer service from start to finish with Lizzy!! Very helpful as we couldn’t decide on a Marc Jacob’s scent for my partners birthday and she found the perfect one for her! I also wanted to try out a new fragrance for myself.. she put me onto the new PRADA paradigme le parfum and oh my word it’s amazing!! She certainly knows her fragrance’s!! :)
She even slipped me a mini tester bottle for me to take home!! I can’t thank her enough for her service at the perfume shop.

Rhianna at the Blackpool store in houndshill shopping centre was really helpful. She took time to weigh up some options for me, compared a gift set price etc and it worked out best for me to get the 100ml bottle of what I wanted vs 30ml so her helping me got a better sale.
She wasn’t pushy though and was really easy to talk to. Would definitely go back to her agaun

Came in today for my mums birthday. Was helped by a young woman called Magda. I have to say what a wonderful woman. She was patient with us, kind, polite, couldn’t have asked for a better customer service. She made some good recommendations to try find the right gift for my mum. First by letting us smell as many perfumes as we wanted to. And making good suggestions about perfumes we might like.
Then helping me order one on line to be sent to my address.
And finally phoning me up to tell me that I had left my debit card on the counter.
All in all, she was wonderful.

Great customer service, good price, quick delivery. The shop didn’t have the size of perfume I wanted so the assistant checked availability and arranged free delivery to my home address via Royal Mail. Ordered on Friday delivered on Monday.
