First by letting us smell as many perfumes as we wanted to. And making good suggestions about perfumes we might like.
Then helping me order one on line to be sent to my address.
And finally phoning me up to tell me that I had left my debit card on the counter.
All in all, she was wonderful.

Great customer service, good price, quick delivery. The shop didn’t have the size of perfume I wanted so the assistant checked availability and arranged free delivery to my home address via Royal Mail. Ordered on Friday delivered on Monday.
