The Perfume Shop - Bluewater 59 Avis 

We visited the Bluewater store to buy birthday gifts. We were assisted by Barbara who was very helpful and made some excellent suggestions. The prices were also very competitive. Barbara then told us about the gift wrapping service which included a personalised printed ribbon. She expertly wrapped both our gifts and made them look amazing. I would definitely recommend The Perfume Shop at Bluewater and especially Barbara who was so patient and helpful. Thank you.

Today, my son and I visited the perfume shop at Bluewater and we were attended to by Barbara. She was absolutely amazing — very friendly, patient, and professional throughout our visit.
Barbara took her time to help us choose the right fragrances, answered all our questions with a smile, and made the whole shopping experience enjoyable and welcoming. Her customer service was exceptional, and she truly went above and beyond to assist us.

I had no intention of buying any fragrance when I visited the store in Bluewater. I was there for something else and just happened to walk past. I decided to have a quick look, with no expectation of purchasing anything. It has been years since I have stepped into a shop to buy fragrance as I have always bought online, so this was a rare visit for me.

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Barbara, and she completely changed the experience. She was warm, welcoming and genuinely helpful, without any pressure at all. It did not feel like a sales situation. It felt like speaking to someone I had known for years.

I have worn the same fragrance for around 15 years and never considered changing it. Barbara took the time to show me a wide range of options, going back and forth across the store and letting me try different scents at my own pace. There was no hard sell, just excellent service and real enthusiasm.

There was also a buy one get the second half price offer, which was a bonus, but the reason I made a purchase was entirely down to the experience.

It was a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend visiting the store, especially if Barbara is there. If she is not already the manager, she should be. She is a real credit to the business.

Barbara even charged my .10p for the bag ...

Elizabeth helped us out at the bluewater store today. Genuinely such a lovely person, looked after us really well, we felt like VIPs. She helped us find a gift for multiple family members and took extra care in everything she did, including wrapping the gifts. Really enjoyed our time in the store today!

Barbara helped both me and my mum find a gift for my cousin. She helped us find exactly what we wanted and neatly wrapped up the perfume bottle for us.

Elizabeth at the Bluewater store was so helpful and informative and helped me choose my next fragrance.

I asked Barbara in the Bluewater store for advice on a spring/summer fragrance for my son (he has already tried a few and couldn’t decide). She automatically suggested 3 and went out of her way to get testers for us. He ended up buying 2 of the 3 very happily and really likes them. She was friendly and kind and looked after us so well, giving us a discount and some freebies. Can’t recommend this store highly enough. Our second experience there and last time the staff were all helpful too.
