Outstanding customer service from Gabby and the whole team!
I had such a wonderful experience at The Perfume Shop in Bullring. From the moment I walked in, Gabby made me feel genuinely welcome. She was incredibly kind, understanding and professional, and her knowledge of fragrances was absolutely outstanding. She helped me personalise gifts for someone very important to me, and she made the whole experience feel special.
We had such a good laugh together, and I even commented on her amazing nails. I honestly don’t know how she manages to wrap gifts and tie personalised ribbons so perfectly with nails like that—I told her I’d just be buffering! 😂
During our conversation, I mentioned that I’m autistic and have ADHD, and I apologised. Gabby immediately said, “You don’t have anything to apologise for.” Those few words meant more than she probably realised. As someone who is neurodivergent, being met with understanding instead of judgement makes a real difference.
The other colleagues were also lovely, welcoming and friendly. Together they created such a comfortable and positive atmosphere, and I left smiling.
Thank you, Gabby, and thank you to the whole team. Your kindness, professionalism and genuine care don’t go unnoticed. Recognition is important, and I hope Gabby receives the recognition she deserves for the exceptional service she provides.

I was looking for a long staying perfume as a gift for my husband and i want a new scent for him. Holly made it possible for me choose one. She gave me options and strongly suggested the one i bought. Thank God I listened to Holly. My husband loved it as much as i do.
