I purchased some perfumes today here in Cambridge, boss Hugo boss and a ted baker from the perfume store graftons, and I'm absolutely thrilled with it! The smell is lovely and top-notch, and thanks to mariam the lady that attended to me, she was great, I’ll say one of one.

Grafton disgrace
Grafton shop asked for two items and offered to pass them over from the counter top on the other side of the store. Server came round and said 'I'd have got them myself if you'd have asked'. I left saying 'no worries'. Disgusting. Busy store customer trying to help. Just rude. Training needed or get another job.
