Then we had e mail saying address wasn't clear. I had contacted delivery people to deliver to my neighbour at number 10. Eventually my neighbour had the delivery. What a mess. Never again

I didn't have a clue
I went in not having a clue what I wanted, not having bought aftershave for years. Did my best to describe a smell I had smelt around and after about half a dozen samples, Elaine came up with the perfect scent for me. Great staff, down to earth and relaxed.

Macy was was great. Had a lovely chat about fragrances, made it much more of a memorable interaction. Helped me perfectly, gave amazing recommendations and actually knows the notes inside of the most random of fragrances! Loved her, will definitely come back again!

Excellent , Cency who served myself at your St Davids Centre branch was kind, helpful, supportive with my purchase her approach was very calm polite welcoming.
Cency enabled me to make an informed choice on the product I wanted to purchase for my partner, .along with value for money with tasters both my self and my partner, along with an introduction to your VIP Rewards scheme.
