Cheshire Oaks store, Alex review
I came in the Cheshire Oaks store wanting to buy the Miss Dior perfume but they didn’t have it in stock. Alex helped me and explained that he can order it from online, in store and get 15% off the price too! He was very helpful and also introduced me to the travel size perfumes in preparation for my holiday next week where he further explained how I could get them filled up for free in the shop! I went to the perfume shop at Cheshire Oaks and the lady who served me couldn’t have been more helpful. They didn’t have what I wanted in stock in store, so she ordered it online for me with the store discount and free delivery. It’s a simple thing to do but she could easily have just said sorry not in stock and let me leave empty handed. Good customer service is simple but it’s amazing how often people get it wrong, this lady in store got it right and has made a loyal customer out of me for future visits.

Cheshire oaks - exceeded expectations
Went to the shop in Cheshire oaks and they didn’t have the perfume I wanted in stock. It was for a gift and it was very last minute, they ordered it in store for me and then it arrived the next day! It saved me from looking like a bad daughter so I really appreciate it!

Great Customer Service.
Kizzi was exceptional. She was an attentive listener, gave very good suggestions, was quite helpful when I was confused. Advised on the multiple choices I had in my head. In the end, we picked out the perclfcet fragrance that suit me.

Absolutely amazing shop
The perfume shop always fulfills my expectations. When i do shop in-store staff are always welcoming and doesn't matter how many perfumes I wanted to try before buying one, they're always patient and kind in showing them for me. When It comes to online orders massive discounts is what attracts me a lot. And overall the app experience is also great.
