Always buy my perfumes from here because of Laura (with the purple hair) she always knows what I am looking for just from a few words. Have never once had a bad experience she is always so welcoming and friendly and because of her amazing suggestions I have bought a perfume every single time even when I had no intention too ! Have never had such wonderful customer service anywhere else compared to this 10/10

All three ladies that were working today were just fantastic I had come in previously with my son and when purchasing I couldn’t remember which scent I needed but these guys remember just amazing customer service so friendly shame the rest of the team wernt in today as I have had great experiences with all of them thank you again to Niamh meadow and Laura 😁😁

Had Stuart help out with finding a perfume today- really conversational and friendly. Very knowledgeable about what he does and after sampling the whole store, I can definitely say- very patient guy.

Clare was amazing I went in looking for something for my gran. I’d never bought any fragrance properly in my life but gave her something id bought previously l. She looked into it and gave me a selection of scents. Very helpful and willing to walk around the shop for my sake. Would definitely go again if she was serving me!

Visited the shop exploring what was available explaining I was checking out not buying immediately. The shop assistant Laura was extremely helpful showing me all sorts of helpful options without 'selling' to me.
Returned half an hour later with my wife and purchased exactly what we wanted as shown.
Laura then pointed out what a good deal the Travelo was as filled and we bought that too.

Niamh at the perfume shop in colchester is so lovely and went above and beyond to help my daughter (16) get her boyfriend the perfect birthday package!
We went in looking for an aftershave with a budget of £30 and we walked out with an aftershave, chocolates, pocket size aftershave spray and all gift wrapped with a personalised ribbon for £29.96!! Excellent service! Thank you Niamh :)
