My purchase was returned by the parcel force saying that I know longer lived at that address??, I only moved in last month. The address on my receipt was missing the 1st line of my address so it was an employee error.

I visited the Cribbs Causeway store on Saturday 15th March and was served by Cerys who gave an exceptional level of customer service. I bought a 100ml bottle of Sauvage Elixir and thanks to the product already being discounted and then further discounted by your “spend £60 and get 20% off” offer, I saved a massive £53.40. You simply can’t beat this level of service and fantastic value.

I originally signed up because of a very good experience in a store, a truly helpful guy in a store
Easy website, and a discount deal that gave me enough time to read it, and place an order. I was asked to mention a particular shop, this relates to a while ago.

We ended up with what we required at a…
We ended up with what we required at a competitive price.
We did have to wait as a tall man pushed in which makes people of out stature invisible.
It was worth the wait though
