I never felt so comfortable going into a perfume shop before and made me feel so welcome I will definitely return again thank you very much

I had a lovely experience in The Perfume Shop Cwmbran today. I went to buy ‘Good Girl’ and Sue recommended to buy the gift set instead and offered me 20% off for taking out a club card. I also had it wrapped with a personalised ribbon for a special occasion. Sue really helped me and made my shopping experience easier and better. Lovely service throughout.

What a refreshing "can do" attitude!
We visited the shop after having bought the perfume my wife had chosen from the Perfume shop online. Subsequently she tried the later version of the perfume and decided she preferred that. The staff in The Perfume Shop assured us they would be able to handle the swap in store and when I returned today - even though it was different staff, they sorted out the exchange with no fuss. I'd certainly recommend The Perfume Shop Cwmbran, based on the service we've received - thank you.
