First Impressions 5*****
I was enticed firstly into the store by the window display, a pretty new product and its attractive price.
However, once inside I received a BRILlIANT, intuitive but relaxed service (no hard sell).
BTW She loves the fragrance and the Travalo refillable spray bottle was the perfect way for her to smell it without knowing what it actually was.

Good choice and great service
I needed to buy a gift and this store is close to Edinburgh city centre near my work in a good, covered shopping centre.
It is quite a large store with lots of stock on display. Anika offered help, gave me a few minutes to look round then when I did ask gave me some good choices with sample cards to smell (I asked for rose-scented perfumes). I chose one and she pointed out another size with better value so I changed to that. Great service with a smile.

I went into The Perfume Shop in St James Square in Edinburgh on Thursday with hope of buying a aftershave, the sales assistant was lovely and polite her name was Emma she made me feel welcome and went though a range of different aftershaves until I found the right one very diligent and no pressure from Emma for me to buy anything which was great because other establishments wouldn't have been so patience so a big shout out to The Perfume Shop well done
