I’ve visited this store on many occasions. The staff are fabulous… my most favourite is Sophia.. she’s so helpful, knowledgeable and patient, so I always look for her when I go in to shop.. she makes... Voir plus

The little extra that makes all the difference.
This morning I was served by the wonderful Sophia in the shop in Enfield. I wanted a gift for my daughter just because. Difficult as I wanted to get something she would like but not too expensive. I talked through options with Sophia and decided on Guilty by Gucci. Sophia offered gift wrapping, which I thought was a wonderful idea. As I said it was just a gift not for any special occasion. Sophia did an absolutely amazing job with the gift wrap. It was beautiful. Excellent service, she gave that little extra touch that made all the difference.

I would like to say how happy I was with service I received from
Michelle at the Enfield town branch.
I had no clue what type of perfume I wanted as it was a gift for someone, but Michele gave me a few samples and she was patient while I tested out the smells. I ended leaving with a really nice perfume. The person it was for was so happy with it.
