The Perfume Shop - Meadowhall 192 Avis 

How beautiful the staff were in this store they couldn’t do enough and I came out with 2 purchases thank you Sarah

Last Friday i visited the perfume shop with my husband and was served by two young ladies Ella and Alishah, they were very helpful despite me not purchasing anything, we had a lovely conversation. They even gave me a sample. So i will certainly come back.

If there is a problem that Customer Services need to resolve...Save yourself the time and energy and shop elsewhere. The staff in store are delightful but if customer services are required, I now wonder if they exist.
Discrepancy on overcharge date 10.12.25 I rang customer service..no joy...Called into a perfume shop more local to where I live, Photo taken of bank statements taken with proof of purchase and staff sent this via email to customer services, informing me that customer services would be touch. More than a dozen calls later, each call being told that customer services would be in touch via email or telephone ..NOTHING! The shop Manager relayed that this was ridiculous and informed me that they are now saying they cannot find the photos of bank statement and receipts, she assured me they would ring and she would escalate the problem of customer services higher. It is now 10 weeks from initial complaint and no contact whatsoever from Customer Services. This is totally unacceptable. I have today informed the manager of the store to close the case as this is going nowhere and it is my time, my energy and my cost of chasing for the past 10 weeks. I did however ask that she escalates this problem at their next meeting with higher management and training given to persons working in the so called Customer Services Department.
Apologies for this being a long message...It could have been much longer with the dates and transcripts of conversation. CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR THIS COMPANY DO NOT DESERVE A ONE STAR
Update 24.2.26. Thank you for your quick response in replying to my feedback. As stated in my feedback, the purchase was with Meadowhall the gallery and the manager Rachel should still have all my details on record as she was raising the issue at the next Team Brief. I will not be reaching out to Customer Services AGAIN as they informed Rachel they had lost my Bank Statement, Email address and telephone number, the email and telephone number were supplied to them again by Rachel but to no avail. All details as stated in my previous review (although lost by customer services), was held also by the manager Rachael at the store Meadowhall the Gallery. My details should not have been terribly hard to find and to follow up as Customer Services.

Donna had excellent service, helped me with every question- always had a smile.

The staff were very helpful searching for the product and even gave us a 15% discount which was a lovely surprise. The aftershave was delivered to our home address in less than 24 hours of our order! Amazing customer service.

We went to perfume shop meadowhall & Mariana was super helpful, very friendly and chatty- interacting with her was very enjoyable, she is a credit to the team ❤️

The Perfume Shop has some lovely offers on with some really nice Perfumes and Aftershaves, the Staff at my local store was very helpful with us hence we made a good purchase which we was very happy with!

I was helped in a professional and quick manner by a lady called Tara. I came in with a picture and she knew straight away what is was. Everything went smoothly!

The first time i tried to order I received an email the following day cancelling my order and refunding my payment. I tried again later - the second order was processed quickly and the item arrived promptly and well packaged

Shop assistant was very nice and happy to help but I was a little annoyed that the product I bought was 20£ less at boots 4 days after

Very friendly service. I knew which perfume I wanted and the assistant confirmed straight away that it was not in stock but could be sent to me via Royal Mail. This was good news as I live in a remote area and they are one of the few companies I trust. The order was placed and perfume arrived in forty eight hours.

I recently visited a perfume shop, feeling totally lost in the sea of scents. A lovely saleswoman called Alisha noticed my overwhelmed expression and immediately came to my aid. She asked about my favorite fragrances, what I usually wear, and what I was hoping to find. Based on my rambling descriptions, she expertly guided me toward a few options I wouldn't have considered myself. She explained the different notes and how they would develop on my skin.

An amazing experience, with the staff looking to assist in every way possible to get the best for what you were looking for. Service was above and beyond

Really amazing and respectful service given by a girl called Alisha who I had a nice conversation with.
She had spent over 20 minutes helping me find a new fragrances for me and my mates.Would definitely come back again for her help she had great knowledge on the perfume brands.
