Hello Julia,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. I am pleased to hear that your fragrances arrived safely and that the bottles were not damaged during transit.
However, I am sorry to hear that the outer box arrived damaged. I completely understand how disappointing this can be, particularly when you're excited to receive a new purchase. We always want our orders to arrive in the best possible condition, so I appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
Thank you also for your feedback regarding the packaging and samples. Customer feedback like yours is invaluable and helps us identify areas where we can improve the customer experience. I will ensure your comments are shared with the relevant teams for review.
If you experience any issues with your order or would like to discuss your feedback further, please contact our Customer Services team via the Contact Us section of our website. They will be happy to investigate and work towards a satisfactory resolution for you.
We truly appreciate your support and hope you enjoy your new fragrances. We look forward to welcoming you back to The Perfume Shop again soon.
Kind regards,

Great Customer Service
Been to this store many times since 5 years, but this time the experience was worth a review. Usually it becomes a stressful job to find a right fragrance but Iksha was fabulous in helping us to choose the right perfumes. Could say she has good knowledge and was very patience throughout the time. One of the best thing we observed was how she was writing the name of the perfume on every smelling strips, that's definitely made our job really simple. x
