Angel has been phenomenal - so approachable, knowledgable and helpful. Angel knew I was in store for research and she helped me find scents based on things I like and helped me find potential aftershaves as a present too.
Exceptional customer service and went above and beyond - there may not have been a sale today but I will be back to purchase from here in future thanks to her!

Had a great experience at Perfume Shop in Rushden Lakes. Filip was so friendly and helpful and really took the time to help me choose the perfect JPG fragrance. He was knowledgeable without being pushy and made the whole experience really enjoyable. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent service, the best price for my husbands Sauvage aftershave, they were actually over £20 cheaper than another store we went to. Free delivery to home within a week & a free gym bag as a gift, will definitely be looking there again.

Jalil has amazing customer service! He is so patient and takes the time to explain the differences between the perfumes, which makes choosing so much easier. He also makes you feel comfortable in the shop without ever making you feel watched or pressured, even when you take your time deciding. His customer service is honestly exceptional! Highly recommend. ❤️

I visited the Rushden Lakes branch today and was helped by Emily. She was incredibly patient, kind, friendly, and welcoming.

I’m quite a picky customer, but she took the time to show me a wide range of fragrances and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. She never rushed me and was happy to answer all my questions. Her patience and excellent customer service made the whole experience enjoyable.

In the end, I bought four perfumes thanks to her advice and support. I really appreciate all her help and would like to thank her for making my shopping experience such a positive one.

I had a fantastic experience with Emily at the perfume shop. I initially spoke to her about placing an online order, but the delivery time was around three days—and I’d previously had an issue where the perfumes I ordered online didn’t smell quite like the originals.
Emily really went above and beyond. She took her time to carefully select four fragrances for me, ensuring they matched exactly what I was looking for, and even price-matched them to the online prices. When I came in to the shop just a few hours later, everything was already prepared and waiting for me.
She was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. It made such a difference having that personal touch and reassurance. Outstanding customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone!

My experience at the Rushden lakes store was phenomenal from start to finish. All the staff were very attentive and assisted me in finding the best gift. They have stock of a lot of items that other stores at Rushden lakes don’t have and some of the best deals. Definitely going to be my go to shop for my perfumes!!

I recently bought an aftershave from The Perfume Shop and had a fantastic experience. Amber, one of the staff members, was incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to help me find the perfect scent without making me feel rushed.

The aftershave itself smells amazing – fresh, long-lasting, and perfect for everyday wear. You can really tell the quality.

What really made the visit stand out was Amber’s excellent customer service. She made the whole experience enjoyable and went above and beyond to help. I’ll definitely be coming back to The Perfume Shop in the future and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new fragrance.

First of all want to say a big thanks to Courtney, Amber and Angel. They were all so helpful and friendly. They showed me options of my preferred sent that they thought I would like and they took the time to help me choose. Second the options they have available are amazing, they also do their own brand of perfume that are inspired by the more expensive brands they do but they're way more affordable. Definitely advise becoming a member as you do get great deals as well. Definitely my No1 shop for perfume.
