The "in shop" experience was excellent…
The "in shop" experience was excellent - the staff knew exactly what they were doing and the customer service was excellent. My problem was that I had an email to say my order had arrived at the store but when I arrived it wasn't there. The staff explained that this sometimes happens as it takes longer than the email had said. So I had a waste trip to the shop. More clarity need when ordering to shop please.
