Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Great customer journey
I had a great experience at the Meadowhall Sheffield store. I was greeted by a lovely team member - Keeley, I believe? (she had tattoos, glasses, and a gorgeous, infectious smile). She politely asked if I needed any help and then gave me space to browse, which I really appreciated.
Later, I approached her and showed her a screenshot of an item I was looking for (which you don’t stock), she didn’t just leave it at that. Instead, she offered a helpful alternative and went on to show me a few more great items with excellent discounts.
I originally came in for something you don’t even sell, but thanks to her kind and genuine approach - no pressure, just a real desire to help - I ended up happily spending £150. Keeley is an absolute asset to your company!

Product offers were excellent, the selection was very good. Customer service was excellent, the sales person was very helpful. One item we purchased wasn't in shock but arrived in the post a few days later.
