Our staff are trained and developed so that they are the most knowledgeable sales advisors within the perfume industry, we have the largest number of Fragrance Foundation fragrance graduates nationwide and a fragrance finder to guide your online shopping. We have been voted the Fragrance Foundation Online Retailer of the Year for the past 5 years. Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Our VIP members can select a sample at checkout and have the opportunity to earn rewards while they shop. You can checkout straight away using our card payment options, or choose to buy now pay later using Klarna. I shopped on Valentine’s Day and despite going in 10 minutes before close, the woman who served me and my partner was extremely welcoming and created a great shopping experience for us. Although I didn’t catch her name, she was very helpful with letting us smell testers, I wanted the YSL Libre perfume and I only like a specific one, she was very helpful to guide me to which one it was and was happy to let my partner test multiple victor and Rolf fragrances.
Overall this was one of the best customer experience, very friendly and helpful staff couldn’t ask for anything better.

Purchased a gift for a friend from the Meadowhall Store -362. Served by Jill who was really helpful offering advice and giving me a few fragrances to choose from. Nothing was too much trouble. I came away with a lovely gift beautifully wrapped and tied with a ribbon.
Would definitely recommend.
