Amazing service at Solihull store
Our visit to the perfume shop was fantastic with the professional help of Tiabah at the Solihull store whenever we have visited we have had exceptional customer service from herself. Would recommend her to everyone as she is just a lovely person and always has a smile on her face.

I visited perfume shop in Solihull perfume shop and was greeted by a very lovely and friendly staff member Ryan he was amazing full of energy. I only went to collect my order but due to his good customer service skills I end up buying an other product . Thank you Ryan for bringing smiles and lifting up your customers mood 😊

We had a lovely experience with Tiabah who went above and beyond for us, only came in for 1 perfume and ended up with 5 perfumes and lots of gifts! So thank you so much definitely recommend. Lovely gift wrapping too for us.
