I originally went to the shop in….
I originally went to the shop in buchanan galleries where i tried to use my gift card to buy a perfume, the young girl was unsure of how to out it thought so asked for help, through this the young girl was very apologetic. The other lady than then helped was not very helpful and was very dismissive and was just saying that the gift card must be out of date even though i had told her i knew it wasn’t,
Thankfully i then went to the store in St Enochs and was helped by Dianne. She was more than helpful ensured i found what i was looking for. I explained what happened and she told me that the shop in Buchanan Galleries was her shop and she knew who had served me and informed me that my gift card was infact not out of date and easily put it thought for me. I could not thank her enough, she was so helpful and sorted everything in less than 5 minutes.
I am so greatful for how polite, understanding and helpful Dianne was. She is very good at her job and deserves recognition for how polite and helpful she is.

My experience
I usually shop perfumes from the Perfume shop at Buchanan galleries, the staff there are not very nice. They are selective of whom/how they choose to attend to you. My friends share the same experience as well. Especially the 2 older women working there!
Fortunately, I went to the St Enoch Perfume shop Glasgow and I was attended by the Manger Daniel, who was more than happy to talk me through and help with some recommendations. I was happy with my service.
