Absolutely fantastic shopping experience today. A very friendly greeting from Stella who then proceeded to help us choose a fragrance using her knowledge of the products. We tried the ones we thought we wanted but then Stella suggested a total wildcard which ended up being the one we purchased.
So refreshing to have such knowledgeable staff who can guide you to make the right purchase.

Super Helpful
I just want to give a special shout out to Stella!
I came in with my mother in law who has dementia, she was after an everyday perfume but nothing too strong.
Too many choices can overwhelm her but Stella was patient and offered her a few samples to see what she liked and helped her pick out a favourite.
She came away really pleased with her experience and her purchase.

We popped into The Perfume Shop York Outlet yesterday to return a bottle of perfume I had been bought for my birthday that I knew was not for me. The staff were very helpful in providing a refund but then assisting me in finding new perfumes that I fell in love after asking me some questions about my current favourites. I also bought a large bottle of aftershave for my son which was a great price plus additional discount due to what we had spent. All the staff were engaging and helpful but Stella went above and beyond to help us and we have a very enjoyable experience, 10/10 we will definitely pop in again when we are next in town.

Fantastic Service!!
Yesterday me and my partner visited the York Outlet perfume shop at around 7pm and were served by 2 lovely ladies, there was a lady who had just started a couple of weeks ago that served us (Amanvia, I think) and she was fabulous!! I explained what type of perfume/smells I liked (also explained I was very fussy with perfumes) and she found me two that I absolutely loved straight away! She also did the same with my partner. She was friendly and approachable, she was not pushy and we left the shop feeling great and obviously smelling amazing! Thank you to both the ladies that were on yesterdays evening shift, both angels and we will definitely be back.

Visited The Perfume Shop at McArthur Glen York. Unfortunately they didn’t have the perfume I wanted, however the ladies were very helpful and ordered it for me to be delivered to my house. Suzanne, who was in training, was extremely helpful and ordered my perfume without any issues.
