Unprofessional. They don’t reply sometimes I placed an order and it shows delivery tomorrow on Saturday and today is Monday and I still didn’t receive , better purchase from a good company

I ordered some of items for cats such as food, wet food and sand of litter. I received the items in the same date which they estimated for me. Also they arrange the items in special box.
