The Pizza Post Avis 

We had pizza post provide our evening food at our wedding last week 15.03.24 they were amazing great customer service, their pizzas are delicious all our guest were saying how amazing the pizzas were I would highly recommend.

Pizza Post came to feed us at my husband's 50th birthday party. They were delightful and efficient from beginning to end. The pizzas were delicious - fabulous bases and just the right amount of toppings. Everyone I dealt with, by phone, email and on the night, was absolutely delightful and made the whole process really easy and stressfree. Thanks very much!

I was looking for a caterer for my upcoming wedding this summer.

I have to say, that I didn't enjoy the experience of dealing with this company. It's been stressful from start to finish. I was caught off guard initially when the sales rep called and I was pressed into making the decision. "If you don't do it today, we can't guarantee etc..." "If you pay in full, we'll give you 20 free salads etc... typical sales techniques that just put customers under pressure.

I was feeling stressed about the food situation for my wedding and as a result I said yes, even though, on reflection, pizza wasn't what we wanted. I think, to be honest, I was easy pickings for the sales team. In a moment of weakness I gave in. I was pushed to the absolute limit of my food budget by the sales rep but it wasn't until I came to the point of being about to pay, that I asked how much I was paying. I was told they were expecting me to pay the full amount! Very unclear! I said I couldn't afford that right now and I agreed to pay 50% (but only after some very pushy and manipulative techniques that failed).

Within two days, my fiancé and I agreed that we didn't want pizza for our wedding meal and I decided to cancel. I called to cancel within a week of the original booking. Despite the very short amount of time that had elapsed, I discovered that, by law, I don’t benefit from the usual 14 day cooling off period. The Pizza Post are allowed by rights, to implement their own cancellation policy. Their policy states that if you cancel your event up to 3 months before, they will keep 10%. You can imagine my horror, when I found out it was 10% of the entire quote, NOT 10% of the deposit I had paid!

Although they have done nothing wrong legally, I'm a bride on a very tight budget and I'm absolutely gutted to have been so foolish and to have now lost £200. That is a big chunk of my money and I feel like an idiot for trusting them.

As a gesture of goodwill, it would be good if the Pizza Post were willing to refund me entirely.

Then began the saga of trying to get my money back. Other companies just refund you back to the card you paid on, within 5-7 working days. But not this company! Within 30 working days and I had to hand over my bank account details to get the money.

To be clear, I do have my money back (minus 10% 😭) but it was a complete nightmare from beginning to end.

I'm sorry but I will not be recommending your company to other people. I've really not enjoyed any part of dealing with you.

We booked The Pizza Post for our companies annual Bonfire Party and I must say it went down a treat. I have had great feed back, everybody loved the pizzas.The staff were lovely, they arrived on time and the service was great. I would definitely use The Pizza Post for future events.

Pizza Post catered our 25th Wedding Anniversary Party on 14 October. The service was first class from beginning to end, our guests are still talking about how delicious the pizza was.

We had my daughters 21st on Saturday and The Pizza Post came to cater for us. They were absolutly amazing. They catered for some tricky allergies with no fuss, and the pizza was so good. I would 100% recommend them and will be using them again. Thank you guys for making our party such a success. Really impressed.

Pizza Post provided catering for our party. The food and the service was excellent, and our guests were blown away by the quality. We would definitely recommend them!

Pizza Post really came in and saved the day, I called them at 11:30 the day of the event (when our original caterers fell through), and they arrived at 13:30 that day. Everyone was so helpful, from the team in the office to team in the van. Jay-Jay and Jane made the best pizza's, with huge smiles even with torrential rain. They were extremely helpful. They saved the day, I couldn't recommend them enough! Thank you Pizza Post!

Great service and very tasty pizzas! The Pizza Post were very helpful from the start when booking and accommodating the requests I had. They checked in prior to the event and ensure all dietary requirements were catered for. On the event the staff set up swiftly and were very nice to the guests, the pizza's were outstanding. Guests went back for more and were well worth the money. I can highly recommend and hope to book them again.

The pizza post provided the pizza at Lodge Farm house a wedding venue i mange and the service and the set up was impeccable. And wow their pizza was delicious! I would highly recommend these guys for any event!

Booked Pizza Post for the night before my wedding and what delicious pizza! Totally recommend. Truck looked great outside and the team were super helpful and quick with pizzas. Obviously pizza was really good and worth it and they were flexible with changing toppings. Worth booking for your event!

Fabulous pizza. After arriving the pizza van was ready to go within 15mins. Very organised ordering system. The pizza started coming thick and fast and soon we had all eaten. We then had a great pudding. Couldn’t fault the service. Everyone loved their pizza. A nice way to celebrate our anniversary with friends and family. Thanks Luke for all your hard work.

Pizza Post provided some much needed late night food for our wedding, and we were so pleased with their service! Food was delicious and went down a storm, would definitely recommend. They were happy to cater to our specific needs, and the staff were wonderful.
