Making our wills is something that we have put off for so long, but having gone through it with The Planning Bee I don't know why, as the whole experience from start to finish was so simple! From the first phone contact, the chat at our home, and to receiving the final will was so simple. We would thoroughly recommend The Planning Bee.

Last year Chris Mills came to see us to advise us on Estate Planning. His advice included Wills, Lasting Power of Attorney and protecting our home by placing it into trust. We took Chris’s advice, however, shortly after one of our trustees circumstances changed, and we could no longer use him. Chris kindly spoke to us at length and passed on the circumstances to the company, who very kindly offered to redraft our documents with a new trustee free of charge. Chris then came to visit us again with the new documents which were signed and returned. We would like to thank Chris and the company for their kindness and supporting us above and beyond during this sad period. We now feel relieved that everything is settled and finalised. I was having to change a few documents as I was getting divorced, I’d already had The Planning Bee in 2020,so I called up and Phil Perkins sorted it all for me. Trust documents , revised , New Will and letter of wishes. Excellent service start to finish!

The paralegal Chris Stratford who visited me and explained everything I needed to write my will and power of attorneys was 100% helpful and informative. He also went out of his way to come back and make sure all documents were completed correctly and took them back to his office.

I met with Chris mills to produce a will, he was very professional and explained everything really well, he answered all of my questions and made sure i understood every detail regarding making a will. He took his time to understand my situation and gave me the best outcome which works for me as well as giving me chance to have a think about the fine details in between making me feel at ease regarding what choices to make when preparing the will. It was never rushed and he gave me the oppprtunity to think over other details and has said we are able to make adjustments in the future. Would highly recommend Chris and his company for wills.

The home visit answered all my questions. Was very clear and to the point. I now have a will I am happy with.

The initial appointment with Tim Preston was good though from needing a straightforward will which was advertised from £59 to being advised to do family trust and LPA ar a cost of £2995 I am still trying to justify such an outlay
