Fantastic quality and customer service
I’ve used Pleasant Pheasant multiple times for both our own frames and to give them as gifts. Every time I gift one of Martina’s beautiful frames the recipient absolutely loves them and is something they can cherish. They arrive beautifully presented in tissue paper and a sealed frame ready to go straight on the wall so perfect hassle free gift. Each one is made to perfection with thoughtfully placed feathers.
I can’t recommend The Pleasant Pheasant enough. You won’t be disappointed.

I received a gift voucher for my wedding and was unsure on how I used it online, I sent a message to explain the situation and was replied to the next day with a e-voucher that’s I could use. I went ahead and ordered online the product I wanted, it was made and dispatched very swiftly and when I received the product I was so pleased with it, it was just what I wanted.
