$90 was withdrawn from my account…

$90 was withdrawn from my account without my authorisation.

I contacted ThePokies support multiple times and was repeatedly told the issue was “under review” with no timeframe or explanation provided.

When I requested proof of authorisation or a refund, they failed to provide either and ultimately closed the chat without resolving the issue.

I have now been forced to escalate this through my bank as an unauthorised transaction.

This level of handling for a financial dispute is extremely concerning. I strongly recommend others monitor their accounts closely when using this platform.

Update: The company has responded publicly but has not addressed the issue.

This was not a pending or delayed transaction — it was an unauthorised $90 withdrawal.

I have already contacted support directly and received no resolution, only generic responses, and the chat was closed.

The matter has now been escalated through my bank as an unauthorised transaction.

I will update this review if it is resolved.

They still continue to provide generic copy and pasted replies that mean nothing .

I can’t believe how they can take my money and nothing can be done about it . be VERY CAREFUL

Coming to believe gaming providers/manufactures various RTP agreements are abused & destroy reputation, for instance manufacturers might offer 90% 94% 96% - ensuring protection of reputation/brand across various other casino platforms, and against competition. Since their new website update thepokies119 has been nothing but what feels heart breaking. For anyone truly wanting to try these casino sites don’t do it. The pokies operates multiple illegal gambling sites in Australia. My Balance was stolen! Someone used my credits

I had a serious issue with my Pokies.net account. Before going to bed, my balance was $140,000, but the next morning it had dropped to $17,000.
