Coach Cassie 19 , exactly as described, beautiful bag in great condition. Royal mail lost the package, I contacted the boutique for tracking no as I had lost it, they were in touch immediately and stayed in touch until the bag was delivered. I would highly recommend them and am saving for my next gorgeous item xx

Highly recommend 5*
This is my third purchase from The Preloved Bag Boutique and I can’t rate it highly enough. Every bag has been absolutely as advertised, the communication is great, with Amy helping out this time with a video of the bag so I could see it more clearly before purchase. Shipping is super quick so I had the bag in hand next day. Will undoubtedly be shopping here again and again - highly recommend!
