I had a wonderful experience with this store and look forward to my next purchase. I found a Mulberry bag that I had spent a long time searching for, and which is now unfortunately out of production in the large size and oxblood color. The price was very reasonable, and Amy was incredibly kind, reaching out to me by email to ensure I had all the details about the bag. Thanks. I am always honest with the description of the bag; if there is a fault or any signs of wear I will photograph these and mention them. Packaging is important to us to make sure the item is packaged securely and safely.

Thank you. I like the get the item purchased out the next day if possible to avoid any disappointment. Our standard despatch time is 2-4 working days but usually by the 2nd day after purchase the item is with you!

Bought a lv agenda from here and the price was amazing and the condition was exactly as described. Came the next day after bank holiday which adds to the reason for purchase as I like things to arrive quickly a excellent communication
