I would like to highly recommend The Property Explorer. The whole process was very smooth and quick from initial first meeting with Oliver until we successfully exchanged the contracts.
I was very pleased with the photos and virtual tour, the quality is exceptional.
The house was sold after only one day of viewings. From the day we accepted the offer on our house Kevin was our key person who was helping with everything very quickly and efficiently. He always responded to phone calls and emails.
Once again thank you for everything!

Lovely agents who are really helpful and seem willing to go the extra mile to help you, until things don’t go their way. If you decide to go with a different offer, be prepared for them to become rude, unprofessional and to hang the phone up on you. Such a shame as the agent was lovely and super helpful before hand. I completely understand being annoyed about the situation but I’m 100% sure this happens all the time in this industry. Keep it professional to customers that could potentially be returning in the future and recommending you to others. We weren’t even given the opportunity to thank the agent for his help before he had hung the phone up.

I thought selling the house would be easy and straightforward, but it wasn't. There were surprises on the road. Luckily I chose the Property Explorer Basingstoke, they did well to get the selling price I wanted, and they have helped to communicate between the parties to keep everyone in the chain up to date. Purchasing property
Great experience so far from arranging a viewing to having an offer accepted. Good communication at all stages.

The property explorer were very quick and efficient in returning our initial deposit after we had vacated one of their properties.

They were prompt in organising repairs during our tenancy but it sometimes felt that they were at the whim of the owner as to how well they were done as, at the end of the day, it's their money being spent.

Great service with a personal touch. Very happy with the marketing, process and sale of my property. Would highly recommend

Words cannot describe just how amazing Kevin and the whole team at the Property Explorer have been! Our house move has been beset with problem after problem (all of which has been caused by other people in the chain!), has dragged on for over 11 months and has been the single most difficult and emotionally draining experience of my life. BUT throughout the whole thing, Kevin and his team have been nothing short of exceptional. They have worked tirelessly to solve every problem, gone above and beyond every time and put up with our daily phone calls and worries with professionalism and kindness. Importantly, despite so many problems, they got the job done and have helped us make a dream come true. We have just exchanged (even then Kevin had to come to the rescue over an issue at the top of the chain) and for the first time in a year I have been able to relax. Thank you guys, from the bottom of our hearts!

Investors beware!!! Must Read.

We had agreed to purchase a property off The property explorer and everything was going smoothly. We had paid the money to our solicitors and also money to the mortgage company for a valuation to take place when the seller had returned from "holiday" around the 21st February. We then received an email, which I have included.

It seems to me that if there is a good investment opportunity, the estate agent will gazump you by contacting their family and telling them that they will just tell the agreed purchaser that the property is no longer available 🤷.

I've spoken to a lot of estate agents and they have never heard of such unprofessional practice of an estate agent gazumps there own customer using a family member.

We thought we should let you know ASAP that my brother has decided to purchase Rice Lane in the name of his business and turn the property into a holiday let so (unfortunately) we are no longer selling the property.

As a first time buyer, Kevin and the team did a great job of walking me through all the steps required and offered great advice from the initial viewing through to the end.

A really friendly and efficient estate agency - viewing was arranged easily and I got email and text reminders. I was kept updated with courtesy calls throughout the offer process. Danny was knowledgeable and personable.

Stop putting advertising through my letterbox. I do not want to sell through you. The thick glossy card stock with a colour photo of my neighbours house is a total was of resources and bad for the environment. It's 2022, nobody should be using unsolicited paper advertising. Stop being so greedy. If you were any good people would come to you.
