In the beginning I had a hard time trusting. Jason assured me that they were a trustworthy company which they are. My 1st book and it took a minute but it got published. Be sure you let them know if you want color that color is printed. My book illustrations 1st got published in black and white and I wanted color, so my book had to be republished. You don’t want to miss this. It is very important and it was also a time factor with me. Overall this is a great publishing company and I gained some friends in the end. Brian followed through with me from beginning to end. There are times when I got frustrated and he never matched that energy, which is a plus for me. You can be reassured that you are working with professionals if you give them a chance and don’t give up. I want to thank the entire company for getting the job done. I appreciate your kindness, patience and understanding with me.
