You could tell the outer layer of the parcel had taken some hits in transit but nothing too serious and everything was protected inside. I am happy! It came a long way and it came fast. Thank you for a great service!
My experience with The Quiet Edition has been exactly that—completely quiet. I submitted two inquiries through their website about a C$6,000 Prada bag, including its authenticity, original sourcing, documentation and return policy, I received no response to either inquiry, even though their website states that they reply within two business days. Without basic communication, I would not feel comfortable purchasing such an expensive item from this business. Please proceed with caution.

Arrived just on time. Since the shipping code was sent a bit later, I thought the package wasn't in transit so it came with a delays but the parcel still arrived at time. Not entirely sure what was that but since I got it I'm good here.
Returned my order, it was my mistake (sizing) but it got handled quickly and reshipped even faster then the first order. I think they did a great job with this, they didn't make a big deal out of it and eventually my mistake was corrected at their expense.
The reps here are fantastic. They are not some random customer service workers... I asked advice on what to get for my wife and got a best gift one could expect. Wonderful in all ways and we both are very satisfied.
Didn't have to wait ages and got everything on time, so that is a plus. No bad surprises so my overall experience comes down to 5 stars..
Received my bag and it is beautiful. The company is a dream to work with and I plan to place more orders with them in the future

It seems like a store based in Hong Kong... or China...
While web shopping, I placed an order for a bag I wanted because it was cheaper than elsewhere and they even offered a 15% discount coupon...over $3,000 I paid.
However, instead of sending the product to me after I had already paid, they demanded that I take photos of my ID and credit card and send them. In these times when privacy is so important, I believe this is something that should never happen anywhere unless they had a fraudulent intention.
So, I immediately canceled the order.
Absolutely do not purchase products from this place.
I hope no one else experiences this.

I bought a Brunello knitted tshirt and it fits perfectly! The delivery was rather quick, but I've had faster orders from here as it wasn't my first time with them. They usually always deliver on time. Very happy either way!
