Saw similar product in use elsewhere and realised it would exactly fit a need in our church. Good website with clear info about size and options. Submitted order (after measuring step height very carefully!) Speedy delivery and great product

It was very simple to work out which size ramp was suitable for our use, ordering was very simple. We originally had booked for delivery, but changed to collect it as we were close to their depot. It was no trouble for them to change.
The ramp is to help get lifting equipment into our vans and is perfect for this. It makes things so much easier.

Firstly finding this product which will provide easier access for our clients here in our supported living facility. Secondly the speed at which the product was delivered to Northern Ireland, better than most. Finally the quality of the product, clearly well made and robust.

It was easy to order the ramp using the calculator.

The dimensions and descriptions of the ramps were accurate. Delivery was quick. The heavy duty rubber ramps are stable and require no fixing. UPVC doors can be a challenge when using a walker but the new ramps have made access to the garden so much easier.

Really quality product and first class service

I purchased a wheel chair for my wife and unfortunately there was a problem with it, mainly due, which I found much later, to ambiguous wording in the instruction manual. However on contacting sales at the The Ramp Factory I received excellent service from Alex & Jem who, after exchanging a few details such as the fault and sending photos of the problem, very quickly informed me that they would be sending a replacement a.s.a.p. and in the mean time hold on to the current one to await return details. I received the replacement chair within 4 days, this includes the Bank Holiday period. I boxed up the original one, received forwording instructions and it was picked up by courier within three days. I would further like to add how very impressed with the service that I received and would thoroughly recommend The Ramp Factory to anyone looking to buy from them. The ramps are well designed, robust, and well finished. Easy to carry, put in place and recover. Very impressed. A fair price for a very good product. Delivery was on time.
