No communication on back-order
I ordered my range hood and got an email order confirmation. After hearing nothing for one week, I called. The agent said the hood was on back-order. Why did I have to call? Why did they not inform me. Despite me receiving emails from them, the agent didn't have my email address, but did have the order number; it made me think their systems are disjointed. He said he would investigate. It's only been several hours, but how long should it take to investigate a back order?
