From the very beginning I found him very friendly and professional, after speaking to him my Survey was completed very quickly.

Aaron surveyed our house recently and did an excellent job. We are first time buyers and had a million questions about the old 1930's property we are buying. Aaron was very thorough and explained everything to us in detail. He called us as soon as he finished the survey and we had numerous calls with him after that to explain certain things we didn't fully understand as first time buyers. He even went back to the property a second time to locate to check something the vendor couldn't answer on the first visit and to look at a couple of other things we had questions about after reading the survey. I would highly recommend The Real Estate Group, they are professional, very quick with correspondence, friendly and answered all of our questions thoroughly (and we really did have a lot as nervous first time buyers). Aaron has been fantastic from start to finish. He got back to me very quickly after my initial enquiry and had the survey appointment booked in and completed within a fortnight of being appointed.
He spent 5 hours at the property, called me straight after to highlight his key findings and then followed up with a very comprehensive report the next morning.
His price was really competitive and the quality of the service was great.

The survey was completed in the morning and I received a detailed report in the afternoon. The lengthy survey included several photos to illustrate the comments and recommendations which I will follow when I own the property. The surveyor was extremely helpful and willing to discuss the various recommendations and I would certainly use this firm again.

Really pleased with how quickly my property was seen and how quick i got the report back - this was a shared ownership property so slightly different. Really helpful, fast responding excellent service.
