The Resume Factory Avis

The service was horrible. 145 for a resume that garnered maybe 2 more interviews than what i got previously but no job offers, and with the rewrite to a specific job no less yielded nothing! Then when i asked for a refund within the 30 days they offered another rewrite! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!! THEY SUCK!

From the beginning, once I asked how the Resume Factory works, Mrs. Joy walked me through the whole process. Once the job was done, I could not believe how well it was done very professionally, in great format and plus she was extremely patient with me. Great job thank you.

Excellent reformatting of my resume.
Good Price.⭐️⭐️🎉⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Excellent turnaround time.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing! Stellar! Impeccable!
Joy and her team did an amazing job rebirthing my resume to meet industry standards, delivered a clean and slick document with a new format with her teams additions to make it POP!
Their upgrade ideas to my LinkedIn profile also exceeded my expectations.
I look forward to future projects with The Resume Factory! Well worth it and the price was very reasonable for the level of service that I received.
Thanks again Joy! 🙏👏🙏👏

Horrible service... no change with new resume. It was not written as i requested to cater to certain job titles and im still not getting interviews but instead denials and this was after the rewrite. WILL NEVER ORDER THIS CRAPPY SERVICE AGAIN NOR WILL I REFER ANYONE HERE! IF ANYTHING I WILL DETER THEN BECAUSE U GUYS SUCK! It wouldnt let me give zero stars so the 1 i gave i gave under duress

It was a pleasure working with this company, fast, professional, the layout of my resume was great and the turn around was awesome as well. I needed it quick and they delivered.

The Resume Factory is the one stop shop for Resume Excellence! Great value and fast delivery. Highly recommended!

Whoever it was that rewrote my resume deserves a big Raise. Very nice job. Wow!!

I did not expect my resume to turn out as well as it did. You will not be disappointed by using Resume Factory. I feel confident that my resume will help me be considered by more employers during a time when unemployment is a record high. Thank you Resume Factory!

I really love using the services of The Resume Factory!! Not only are they professional and knowledgeable, they are prompt and offer fast delivery. I have used their services multiple times and will continue to do so if ever I need my resume updated. Highly recommend!!!

Great job and overall experience!

Nothing short of amazing.
I submitted a bloated messy resume and they changed it to a flawless, easy to understand resume. I showed it to three friends and pretended I did entire thing myself and they were very impressed. They were quick and responsive when I needed them to add more info that I had forgotten to tell them about.

I was searching online to update my Resume. All roads kept leading back to The Resume Factory. I took a chance and contacted them during the weekend. Joy called me a few minutes later, took the time to understand my needs and started working on it. That alone was very impressive! Joy kept in continual communication, is very professional and did an OUTSTANDING job rewriting my Resume! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I was extremely impressed with the ease of doing this. They made my resume sound like a rock Star. Very quick and responsive to changes.

Joy was very patient with me as I expressed my frustration, turned out, I was the one making the mistake. She didn't mock me or even get crappy with her attitude when I realized my mistake. She stayed very professional (of course I apologize profusely), she was understanding of my frustration. To sum it up, she took good care of me and she has made me feel like she understood exactly what I needed.

Joy was great, easy to work with & I am as difficult as they come to work with. She was fast & fast with the edits. Her vocabulary and sequence of words is amazing. The resume factory was better than the service I had used years ago. Very affordable too.

Highly recommend! Exceptional results! Efficient, affordable, great formatting options! I had Resume Factory re write my resume that was drafted my a prof resume writer & career counselor. Much better! Wish I’d started here. Thank you RF Team!

Extremely patient and helpful. Wish I found them sooner! So happy with content
