Ordered a shirt on 28th July, contacted them via Instagram on Monday 3rd August asking to confirm when it will be dispatched to be told I would receive an email that day with shipping details, and I did! Got an email today, 8th August to say the shirt was out of stock. Tell you what you want to hear.....shocking service

This lot are awful. One item was out of stock but was only told this weeks after I'd ordered, the remaining items arrived weeks late. None of the items fit and when I asked to exchange them all I got was an arrogant response saying I cant return them because its my fault for ordering the wrong sizes, that's their policy. I'm fairly sure they're breaking consumer laws here and I'm pursuing advice.

At a time when the price of football shirts have gone astronomical, these shirts are excellent value for money.

Good quality for a very moderate price.

Good service, when I had an issue the guys at the retro kits were understanding and accommodating.

My only gripe would be the delivery time which took longer than I would of liked (one of my shirts was a present)

I asked them about them about a product and they lied about it now they wont respond after sent couple of emails avoid

I initially received the wrong shirt by mistake, but after contacting support I was sent the correct shirt with an updated size, and allowed to keep the mistaken shirt free of charge, and both shirts were of good quality.
Support was quick to respond and easy to work with.

Shipping took a little while to arrive, ~2 weeks, but orders are shipped (I believe) from China, and the timeframe is usual for orders from China to where I live.

Can’t fault the shirts, they are both fine and look decent in terms of quality. However, the waiting times were horrendous. Ordered my shirts on 22nd June and they arrive on 31st July, just shy of 6 weeks. I understand they might get shipped from China but I’ve ordered things from China that came in 2 weeks. So beware of this when buying from here, would put me off buying from here again.

My experience of this company has been appalling - really would not recommend anyone to go through with a purchase.

Firstly, it took 3-4 weeks for the shirt to arrive without any communication that it was going to take this long initially.

Secondly, the t-shirt turned up with horrendous stitching errors to the point the t-shirt fabric was all folded over.

When asked for a refund the company have decided to not reply to me again. The product is clearly damaged and not up to standard. I have sent images and follow up email to which the company are still ignoring me. I have given up would simply advise anyone to go to a reputable company.

It is very clear there are a lot of fake/purchased reviews for this company, as well as Instagram followers.

An astonishing approach to customer service.

After my detailed email of 18 June, in which I explained that I had never received my order and asked for a refund, the company simply stopped responding.

After more than a month of complete silence, I considered the matter closed and accepted that I had lost my money.

Then, less than 24 hours after I published my Trustpilot review on 20/07, they suddenly used my email address again to contact me. Not to answer my refund request, not to address any of the detailed points I had raised, but simply to repeat that, according to their records, the parcel had been delivered.

As a customer, I find this deeply troubling. My repeated attempts to resolve the matter privately were ignored, yet public criticism prompted an almost immediate response.

To me, this gives the impression that responding to public reviews is a far higher priority than responding to customers seeking help. It also left me very uncomfortable that my contact details, which had effectively been ignored throughout the dispute, were suddenly used only after I criticised the company publicly.

That experience significantly reinforced my negative opinion of this company's customer service.

Good products, great customer service. Have bought 60+ kits from this site over the last few years (to my wife's frustration), always happy with the products. The one time I had an issue, they replaced the kit without further hassle.

I ordered 3 M size jerseys, one fits perfect, two are 2 sizes small. When i requested the refund for those two shirts, they keep declining and saying that refunds are not in their politics. Never ordering from this crap site again.

Cannot fault Chris at the retro kit, I ordered the wrong size he was more than helpful. Delivery was a little longer but I was kept updated and the shirt is great! Would highly highly recommend and will definitely order again :)

Would STRONGLY advise anyone to avoid buying from this company.

Selling wrong items, customer service is abysmal and you will be lucky to get a response, does everything in their power to avoid giving a refund (even when they are in the wrong and you have displayed it falls within their refund policy).

60 days gone since my issue was reported and they have stopped communicating and wont provide a return address in an effort to block refunding. Criminal company, avoid for your own safety !!

Ordered 3 shirts, 2 came perfect one was wrong year. Contacted site customer service who were very helpful and fast to deal with my issue. They are going to correct the issue and send out the correct shirt. They also let me keep the incorrect shirt, saving the hassle of sending it back. Would recommend using this service.

Good quality Jersey. Yes, it took 3 weeks to arrive to the US. Since the Shipping was free I can't complain. They offer a express shipping option too.

Zero customer service until you actually raise a complaint. Wouldn't bother ordering from here, plenty of other sites that do the same thing but better
