Lewys is an fantastic coach who genuinely cares about his clients. He takes the time to truly understand you and offers meaningful support throughout the process. His guidance helps you become not only stronger and healthier physically, but also helps you set core routines and disciplines to succeed in all areas.

Fantastic coach. Takes time to listen to your personal goals and tailors to you. No generic plans here. He looks at the whole package from excersize, nutrition and wellbeing. Helping you navigate the ups and downs with the training. I have been training for a while and is very supportive.
I’ve been with lewys for over 4.5 years now. I’ve learnt so much from him and created some life changing habits and got myself in to such a good routine. These things wouldn’t have been possible without lewys help. He really has been amazing to work with and we have such a good relationship now, he knows how and what is best for me and I just listen. If ever I have any questions regarding anything fitness related he will always try and answer it, if he doesn’t know then he will do his research and find out.
Lewys has been a massive support mentally and physically, I’ve grown mentally as a boy to a man and physically, I’m not ever going to be happy with my physique as it’s a endless pursuit but Im way happier then I was when I first started with Lewys, He’s a great coach, Great friend and great mentor, He genuinely does invest in you as a person and in his knowledge, He’s a genuine friend of mine and there’s no one else who I’d like to coach me, He always helps me see straight when I can’t see my vision properly and I wouldn’t be the man today I am without Lewys, I genuinely do wonder and think sometimes where would I be if he never reached out.
