Outstanding customer service
We couldn’t be any happier with the job the Therma Shield team did tinting our 3 upper windows. We wanted to reduce heat and glare and still keep our view, but we had concerns about whether tinting was the best option. After researching and many conversations with Alex at Therma Shield we decided to have it done.
The Therma Shield team did an exceptional job applying the product and we are very happy with the results. The greatest thing about our experience with Therma Shield was the outstanding communication. This family owned business did an amazing job tinting our three living room windows! They have integrity and great workmanship. We appreciated how they protected our hard wood floors and furniture while working on the job. They are very thorough and have great communication skills. Excellent!!!
The whole family is polite, & professional. To see the difference once the first window was done I had to add a few more windows to the work. WE love the privacy and the cooler interior. We went with a dark tint for added privacy, it improved our view outside making the colors pop and it did not over darken our interior.

When we moved into our Spokane home in 2018 we did our research for adding solar window treatments to our windows. We selected Therma Shield Solar Control based on reviews. Alex and Laura were very accomodating and easy to work with. They did an exceptional job of installing the window film to our large windows and explained the care and maintenance to us. When we recently had to replace a large picture window in the front of the house I reached out to them again and they again did an excellent installation job for us.
I highly recommend them if you want a window treatment solution that provides energy efficiency as well as great privacy (you can see out but no one can see into your home). I will definitely use them again if I have more window replacements:)

Great communication and efficient installation
Alex does a great job from the bid to final installation. Everything is custom for the job. He presented the options and gave us the pros and cons and let us make the choice.
They do a great job communicating about what they need to complete the work. They come on time and get the job done in within the given perimeters.

Therma Shield did a fantastic job installing my window film. Before the install, he was incredibly helpful in providing me with all the information I needed to make a decision. The whole family came to do the install, it was great! They were whisper quiet during the installation while I was working from home. Cleaned up everything when they left, I couldn’t tell they were even there. Highly recommend!

Quality intallation on a big residential project
The Therma Shield team performed a high quality installation and communicated well. Our project consisted of a variety of large windows requiring scaffolding and a man lift. All work was performed while protecting surrounding furniture and finishes. The tint was installed meticulously. We couldn’t be happier with Therma Shield’s work!

First Class Work
Alex and Laura were exceptionally professional throughout the entire process, from the original bid to the final installation. We were grateful they were able to work with us through several challenges; dealing with weather and long distance in a timely manner and with great communication throughout. Alex & Laura exceeded our expectations again! This is the 2nd time they have installed privacy window film in a home for us.
