While it took two months to receive our beautiful rug, Deepak at Rug Decor was very responsive when I reached out for a status update. The rug itself is stunning and well worth the wait. It's a slightly different color than pictured (it's hard to replicate color on screens), but we're very happy with it as it's gorgeous and goes well in our room. It is so soft under our toes and the quality is perfection.

LOVE this rug.

I like rug we purchased, and delivery was easy & fast. I did have to purchase a rug pad to go underneath the rug as it is quite thin (we placed on top of hardwood floor). If going on top of carpet, it may not be necessary.

Delivery was fine. The product is nothing like what I ordered. The colors are grey and dull. The carpet I ordered was a deep rich blue with turquoise accents. This rug is horrible.

The rug I bought was not as pictured. I reached out stating this and asked for next steps; I got no reply. I have concluded that TheRugDecor is one of those shady companies who pretend to stand behind their products long enough to make the first sale, and cook their reviews to avoid having people discover the truth until after they’ve purchased. Recommends avoiding this company.
