It would not be enough to summarize here my experience working with Scott. It has been since day one, a transparent approach and conversation. He got to understand step by step areas to focus on and helped me to develop these allowing the both of us to convert into proper outcomes and solutions.
I absolutely loved his attention, genuine enthusiasm and care for a work he does with passion.
I would truly recommend Scott and will continue working with him on the long run.
Thank you Legend. 🤍✨

Working with Scott was an absolute pleasure.

From the very beginning, he’s been super friendly, making collaboration feel effortless and enjoyable. He brought great ideas to the table and always approached tasks with a thoughtful perspective. That kind of clarity and openness made a real difference and pushed the project forward in the best way possible.

What I appreciated most was his honest feedback -it was always constructive and came from a place of wanting to make things better. That kind of input is incredibly valuable, and it helped us produce something we could both be proud of.

Overall, just an all-around amazing client. I’d happily work with him again anytime!

Working with Scott has been a truly transformative experience. He’s not just an effective coach—he’s a guide who knows how to meet you exactly where you are. Through thoughtful analogies and powerful exercises, Scott helped me quiet the noise and hear my own voice more clearly. His insights didn’t just offer surface-level encouragement; they led me to a profound realization: I am the author of my own life. With his support, I’ve begun to live my life with greater intention, clarity, and confidence.

I was very pleased to have Scott Robson as a coach. Scott helped me to unlock thought processes in order to achieve solutions that I could have not done without him. Each session helped me discover myself better, what are my strengths, what I had to work on in order to achieve my goals, both at personal and professional level. Scott asked me questions, he is great on active listening and catching every single details to slowly slowly naturally guiding me to see things with different eyes, open my mind and have a clear picture of what is coming next. Also, having the sessions outdoors, was a fantastic experience, it really made the difference.
With Scott I have also learned public speaking techniques that I apply every time I have to present. Scott is a genuine and very pleasant person, you can clearly see that he loves what he does and he really cares. He works with you so that you are getting the most out of any piece of conversation. I am definitely recommending Scott to anyone who is looking for a genuine, professional and knowledgeable coaching journey.

He taught me how to shift my perspective and change the way I view things happening in my life, I am proud to say that now I have a different mindset. His thoughtful approach helped me to be more confident. Our sessions took place outdoors, I can tell you that the nature is powerful and really brings calm to your mind. I am incredible grateful for the impact Scott had on my journey.

I am incredibly grateful for the journey of growth I've experienced with Scott Robson. He has not only helped me achieve my specific goal at the time of elevating my communication skills, but also instilled a sense of confidence and self-awareness that I carry with me daily. The outdoor format was really enjoyable and I believe contributed to the positive outcome of each session. Scott's supportive yet challenging approach, combined with active listening and insightful questions has been transformative. I highly recommend Scott Robson to anyone looking to make a positive change in their life.

Being able to spend time with Scott during the coaching sessions he gave me further insight into my own strengths and weaknesses and he helped me with valuable advice and coaching skills to turn weaknesses into strength and overcome difficult situations I couldn't manage before.
Every coaching session was different, and had each a different new set of goals for me to achieve, but one thing that was in common on all sessions was the constant positivity and helpfulness to be able to elevate my skills further.
As well as a very unique way of spending time with Scott during our sessions in nature, and with the additional help of the environment to add on an elevated coaching experience.
After the time spent with him, I gained lot of knowledge and new ways of being able to manage situations even more smoothly.

During my recent promotion at work the skills and additional strength gained during the coaching sessions have definitely played a key role and helped me develop further.

I am extremely grateful to have been coached by Scott. In each coaching session I felt challenged and quickly began to recognize areas of professional development for myself with the help of Scott's expertise. My professional relationships with others have tremendously improved. Through my coaching sessions with Scott I feel I was able to unlock incredible potential I had within myself.

I was looking for help with some challenges I’d faced for years in a work context with various different people. I had tried various things but hadn’t found any really solutions until I met Scott. Scott gave me some invaluable tools like scaling vulnerability that I’ve been able to quickly deploy in real situations that have made work interactions much better and have resulted in me being more content at work. He’s a great active listener, remembers little details, and is enjoyable to work with. I also love is approach of walking outside in the open air whilst coaching. Thanks so much for all your help Scott!

I worked with Scott as my coach for a little less than a year. Scott was warm, professional, and genuinely cared about my challenges and progress. He provided consistent support and practical strategies that were helpful for my situation, sharing practical examples from his experience as well as recommending books that were relevant to my challenges.

The majority of my sessions were outdoor coaching sessions, which I really enjoyed as he incorporates nature metaphors into the coaching sessions. Walking in nature for two hours while working through challenges provided both physical and mental benefits.

I also valued Scott's integrity regarding the boundaries of coaching. He was always clear about where his expertise could help and where other types of support might be more appropriate. This honest approach showed me he truly cared about my best interests rather than just extending our coaching relationship.

I strongly recommend Scott if you’re looking for a personable and reliable coach!

Having transitioned from a 23 year teaching career to a hybrid management role in the charity sector, I’ve found Scott’s coaching sessions incredibly beneficial. We never meet in person as we live at opposite ends of the country but we walk and talk on the phone and it’s so refreshing to step away from my screen and get out into nature for our chats. Having the chance to reflect on my work with someone who can listen patiently and in a non judgemental way has helped to steer my personal growth and guided me to set achievable targets. I can manage my workload more effectively and plan time regularly for more strategic thinking thanks to Scott’s advice. He is so warm, friendly and easy to talk to that our coaching sessions go really quickly and I’m always left feeling positive. I used to think that coaching was only needed when people were facing challenges but it’s actually really helpful to schedule in time for self reflection however things are going. I can’t recommend Coaching in Motion highly enough 🌟

I chose Scott as my coach to support me with some changes I needed to make and to help me with my career ambitions. I always left my coaching sessions with Scott with enhanced clarity and confidence as well as motivation to take action. Scott really helped me identify what was important to me, challenged me when needed and made me think about my challenges from different perspectives. I really feel that through his questioning, his attentive listening and his genuine care, I have been able to reach breakthroughs that I never would have reached by myself.

As a result, for the duration of our coaching period, I have launched new projects, achieved things that were totally outside of my comfort zone, took brave decisions and got a pay rise and a promotion at work. I can truly say that my sessions with Scott have been the best investment I have made for myself as they have propelled me to another level when it comes to my career and wellbeing.

The first session started with a fear of coming across as too negative, but by the end of the session, felt completely at ease and safe to be myself. We had a great few sessions together, it helped me understand how my personal priorities are important and how embracing it, it's just part of a more amazing journey. This was a company package so we had to stop after a number of sessions, but really wish more companies would do this for their teams. Thank you, Scott, for allowing me to be myself and showing me that every step counts, no matter how small or big.
