I got the free download for the heart cushion (very useful for people who have had breast cancer surgery) as I was gifted these cushions after having surgery myself, and I wanted to make some to give to the local hospital. The fact this is free is just so kind, and I shall use this company now to purchase the items I need to make these. Thank you so much.

I had a query on the price of a sewing machine, as it had gone up the the next day, but the website still had the offer price listed.
I queried this, and they came back straightaway and offered me the price of the day before. I bought it, that is great customer service. I expect it will be the same service whatever the query, fast, efficient and very customer focused. I could not be happier.

Great service - really quick delivery and gorgeous fabrics with a great choice. Also bought myself a couple of scrap bags - amazing value, super pleased with what I got for my stash - will definitely be buying more. Liked the clear well explained videos which helped me making informed decisions followed up with direct on line contact with the store. After setting my mind on the Janome MC1000 I only had to wait 24 hours for delivery. Haven't looked back. Great service from an independent retailer. Made on line purchase easy.

I chose to buy from them rather than another supplier as I got the sense of a welcoming and knowledgeable sewing community where they are happy to help customers, to share their knowledge and give expert advice. Very good delivery service -- I ordered my new machine on a Friday afternoon and it arrived the next day!
