Boots, Shoes, Slippers and Sandals
The Shoe Shack is an easy firm to deal with; the website is straightforward and packed with shoes and boots, sandals and slippers such that anyone can find a style they like. All the shoes I have purchased have been comfortable and well made. The prices are good, and if speedy delivery is important, that is available to choose too - my latest delivery came within 18 hours! If you need to contact anyone the people are friendly, helpful and efficient. The Shoe Shack is to be much recommended.

How all businesses should be run!
Had ordered shoes that didn't fit and sent back with a quick refund with no problems, the 2nd ones I ordered didn't arrive in time for my event (due to Royal Mail) and also sent back with no hassle. Very fast responses to my enquiries and quick delivery. Thoroughly attentive company.

Regular repeat orders with a first class service.
Over the past few years, this is the company I always go to when ordering a certain make of slipper for my Mum. I normally buy a few at a time, so on occasions I have needed to contact the company to check stock/colours available. If I do leave a message, Kashif always phones me back.
