USB Cord hanging out of the back of seat for gods knows what? You only have 14 days to return to them for them to consider if they will give you a refund or not. So depending on where you live, sending back to Christchurch will cost you the same price as the chair purchased. Be warned, stay clear of them.

Didnt get the item and Courier company - Aramex told me that sender didnt even completed the shipping from their side after 1 week of back of forth communication with them. Stay away from these scammers

Terrible quality and service

Sent me a faulty product and only offered $20 as 'compensation' rather than offering to repair, replace or provide a full refund as per consumer guarantees act. Has been over 3 working days and still no 'compensation payment' or resolution and I am beyond disappointed. Will be taking it further if no resolution soon. Absolutely appalling service

Ordered a desk from them. received with damaged. It took them 2 days to reply me. I need to exchange a new one but they offered $10 partial refund. and I said I need a good one not the broken one. Then they asked me to pay another shipment fee which is unbelievable. This is not my problem, why I need to pay the shipment fee again. Totally disappointed and will not recommend my friends to buy anything from them. poor services....

The website said i would receive the parcel last Friday as a Christmas present I proceeded instead of spending $50 more locally, it is Christmas eve and still no parcel terrible service I'll never use them again.

Bought an office chair, expected cheap and nasty and that was pretty much what I got but hoped it might last a decent turn. 2 months in and it's falling to pieces. Will bin and try again with a proper shop with a solid return policy. Stay away from this circus and clown show.

I recently ordered a Maternity Pillow Pregnancy Pillow from DickSmith, supplied by The Shopsite. The item was advertised as being tan in colour, but I received a baby blue pillow instead. Additionally, the material feels like plastic, and the pillow is only partially filled, which is far from what was advertised.

I contacted the seller and expressed my willingness to return the unused item. However, they are refusing to accept the return and are only offering a partial refund. This experience feels like a case of false advertising, as the product does not meet the description or quality promised.

In hindsight, it would have been better to spend a bit more on a higher-quality product that delivers as advertised.

Give this company a miss. Cheep but nasty. Poor information feedback.
Order processing is slow. Advertising quoted 3 day delivery. Order was not even processed on the 3rd day until I sent an email asking where my order was.
Then came Aramex... The worst courier company in New Zealand. Tracking information was incorrect and my parcel was delivered to the wrong address after a 5 day journey.
All in all very poor performance all round.

They don't even deserve 1 star, advertised one thing sent another..... then you guessed it no communication. Don't buy anything from these guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So I purchased a set of drawers with an LED light arrived however The hinges for the drawers were the wrong size and the holes that they should go into when the wrong place The LED light described in the picture was completely different from the one that arrived also the feet advertised on their website pictures was completely different as well and the screws were in the wrong place for the glass for the cabinet as well so I do not recommend these guys at all also the customer service is absolutely terrible as well

Should really be -1 star because 2 star is being generous! Absolutely shocking customer service. Purchased a faulty product I will receive 1 email then won't hear back for another day I just needed the product replaced. Can't understand half the emails they make no sense.

Just not worth it. Poor communication and english. Bad customer service, give you the run around, horrible resolution, terrible quality products.

I bought a rower paid $379 plus cartage. It turned out after 2 months it would not retract.I have been asking for decision as to replacing or repairing. No answer .I do not believe in giving hard earned money so they can keep it

On Thursday morning, I purchased an office chair from this website, which specifically stated that five people had previously bought it and that there were 11 in stock. I also found the chair on TradeMe, where it had many positive reviews, though there were also several negative ones. Despite this, I went ahead with the purchase at 2 AM and was surprised to see that it was packaged and leaving Christchurch by midday.

I received a tracking number for Amarex, which did not work for a good six hours. Amarex is one of, if not the worst, delivery companies in New Zealand.

The chair arrived on Friday morning at 10 AM, accompanied by the quietest knock at the door and no follow-up email informing me that my package had arrived. Thankfully, I was home along with my flatmates.

The box was lighter than expected, parts were missing, and I cannot sit on the chair.

After eight email exchanges, this questionable company claims they are sorry and will send the missing parts now. However, it's Friday, and I may not receive them until Wednesday.

I would like to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I am struggling to do so.

I ordered the water urn with coffee and tea, they delivered just a plain water urn. There is no filter as advertised. They don't have a contacf number. And no reviews on their website.

Ordered a product ps3 controller turn up and 1 of them wasn't working. Emailed and got the response they were out of stock even tho it's still on there website page and friend order same product. Just wanted a replacement sent but was told no.

Purchase item from theshopsite and there was delay by courier but response given by team was superb, very fast and resolve the issue very quick.

Super impressed definitely will purchase again
