Used it on both my dogs and it worked perfectly. No more struggling or stressing. Wish I bought this earlier.

Good tool, but takes patience. If your dog is very nervous, you’ll still need to introduce it slowly. Once they get used to it, it’s great.

I love how smooth it makes the nails. No sharp edges like with clippers. Feels safer too because you can go slowly.

Works as advertised. It’s not completely silent, but definitely quieter than anything I’ve used before. My dog tolerates it much better.

This saved me so much stress. My puppy used to run away every time I brought out the clippers. Now he just sits there. Super gentle and easy to control.

Honestly didn’t expect much, but this worked really well. My dog usually hates nail trims and gets super anxious, but with this grinder he stayed calm the whole time. Way quieter than clippers.

I did not receive my package. They told me it was delivered, however there were no tracking emails. Customer service is not responding to my emails. This has been going on since January.

Charged it. Used it. Dog didn't care. Nails look good. I don't know why I made this so complicated for so long. Just buy it and stop overthinking it like I did.

I am officially That Person who brings up their dogs nail grinder in every conversation. Coworker mentions her dog hates nails? Im pulling up the website. Neighbor complains about groomer costs? Let me tell you about this thing.
After like 4 years of struggling with my anxious husky and trying everything i finally found something that works and i CANNOT shut up about it apparently. My friends are probably tired of hearing about it but idc. 5 stars. Buy it.

I clipped my poodle's nails myself for about 8 years. Hit the quick more times than I'd like to admit and each time I felt just terrible about it. Switched to this grinder a couple months ago and haven't had a single incident. The diamond head is well made not like those sanding bands that need replacing constantly and fall apart Only small thing is it's a bit big for a toy poodle's tiny nails but the safety guard helps with precision. Otherwise very pleased with the purchase. Should have made the switch years ago to be honest.

Third time using this thing and my frenchie Bruno literally started snoring while i was doing his back paws. My wife grabbed her phone so fast to record it 😂 Coming from a Dremel that sounded like a power tool the difference is crazy. This is actually quiet quiet. Not "quiet

I ordered this almost two months ago. The tracking appeared to be stalled and then said it had invalid counterfeit postage! The tracking now says that it was received by an individual two days ago! It was never received! This is an absolute scam and I am contacting any authority’s I can to close this scam down! Don’t be scammed by this offshore entity like I was! STAY AWAY!

This company's tracking information is so vague that it sets off alarm bells for a tornado. Ordered on 24 of February and no product or real tracking information. Nobody even sent an email about delays. If it ever shows up it will be returned unopened and a full refund will be expected. Poor communication equals dissatisfied customer. Don't order unless you plan on donating your money. I doubt I will ever see this item.

I want to mention something because everyone focuses on the noise and thats not the whole story . My boxer could handle noise fine. What made him pull away EVERY time was the vibration. That buzzing feeling against the nail. Its like someone pressing a tiny jackhammer on your finger.

This grinder has noticeably less vibration than the Dremel type ones and thats what made the difference for us. He just sits there now. So if your dog seems to react more to the feeling than the sound, pay attention to that. This is the one.

I have a rottweiler. 90lbs. His nails are basically concrete lol. Most grinders either dont have the power or they overheat after like 2 nails and you have to wait. This one did all four paws on high speed, no heat at all. Takes longer than clippers sure but I'd rather spend an extra 5 minutes than risk the quick. Solid product.

Ok so i have an aussie named Koda and she used to literally scream when i brought clippers out. Not whine. SCREAM. My husband had to hold her down every time and it felt so wrong and i started thinking maybe im just not cut out for this part of being a dog owner?? Like maybe some people just cant do it idk.

Someone in a fb group reccomended this and i figured one more try whatever. The noise is so low Koda barely reacts and i love that you just file a little at a time so theres no scary "did i cut too far" moment.

3 months in and its just... normal now?? We do it on the couch. No drama. I feel like a completely different dog mom honestly. 10/10 would buy again

Our cocker spaniel is 13 with arthritis... holding him down for clippers just felt wrong at this point. This grinder is gentle enough that i can hold his paw softly and just file each nail down.He doesn't tense up or whimper. Actually fell asleep last time which made me laugh. If you have a senior dog with joint issues this is the way to go. Wish we'd found it years ago

$50/month at the groomer x 12 months = $600/year. Just for nail trims. Because my wife and i were both too scared after a bad clipper incident with our beagle.
This grinder = one purchase. Diamond head doesnt wear down like those cheap sandpaper ones. Battery is great. 4 months in no issues. I feel dumb for not buying.

So Rosie (goldendoodle, 3yrs, anxious about everything lol) still doesnt LOVE getting her nails done. But we went from her running away the second she sees a tool to sitting through it with some treats. The vibration is really low which i think matters more than noise honestly?? Like she used to pull away from the buzzing feeling more than the sound.
Only reason for 4 stars i had to figure out on my own how to introduce it slowly. Would be nice if they included tips for anxious dogs. But the grinder itself is solid.
