Edited: Item did not arrived but the company has very quickly helped sort out a replacement.

Bought two sleeping bags at a great price and they arrived very quickly. Really warm and just what we were looking for.

Amazing experience. Had an issue with our order and emailed the sleeping bag store to make them aware. Immediately Stewart rang me, with an apology and sent replacements very quickly and was very understanding. Replacements came quickly. Sadly one of the larger sleeping bags was not for us so returned this, and again an email was received straight away to check if everything was OK. Once I confirmed that the replacement sleeping bag was absolutely fine but just personally unsuitable for us (too big) Stewart again emailed back confirming this was no problem and a refund would be issued accordingly.

I seriously have never experienced such high end customer service. They really do care about you, offering a quick and pleasing solutions.

I have kept one sleeping bag. I will definitely not hesitate to use this company again, and will also recommend the.

Prices also very competitive. I'd give more than 5 starts if I could!

Something went wrong and I landed up ordering normal delivery and wanted express delivery. I sent a message and it was updated immediately and my order arrived within a day. And the sleepingbag is affordable and good quality.

unreserved apology for the issue along with a reimbursement to my card for the inconvenience caused.

Honestly the product was good, price was decent but the customer service was, by far, the best I've experienced. There was a little snag in the order and Stewart went above and beyond. I wish all companies took their customer service as seriously. Thank you Sleeping Bag Store!

Fabulous product at an excellent price

The service was quick. The sleeping bag was warm a lot warmer than I thought it would be.

Already had this sleeping bag from this company (over 18mths) for our granddaughter to use when camping with cub scouts. She is very pleased with it's comfort&warmth so reordered the same again when grandson required one aswell. Ease of online ordering and customer service was very good, kept informed about the order via email, and delivery was very quick and on time. Would certainly use and recommend this company again.
